The MineLife website, www.minelife.com.au, is operated by Mine Life Pty Ltd (‘MineLife’) (ABN 55 140 028 799). The MineLife Weekly Resource Report will be published once a week up to 48 times per year, whilst the MineLife Resources Bulletin will be published up to four days a week, and up to 48 times per year. The Content Editor, in its sole discretion, will determine the amount of content provided in each update, based on the prevailing market conditions at the time of publication.

MineLife will send weekly emails and other relevant notification emails to its members as part of its service to subscribers. By agreeing to the terms and conditions and being a paid member of MineLife, you agree to receive the weekly emails which alert readers that the weekly reports are posted to the website.

Disclosure

Employees and/or associates of MineLife may hold one or more of the stocks reviewed by MineLife. Details of any specific holdings will be fully disclosed in each relevant Daily and Weekly report. These holdings should not be seen in any way as a recommendation. All MineLife staff must adhere to a staff trading policy, details of which are available upon request.

Subscriptions – Pricing and Delivery

To access premium content you must subscribe to the MineLife website. To subscribe you must go to the subscription page on the MineLife website, provide the information marked as “Mandatory” and select the payment option for the price quoted (at the time of your transaction). You will then receive a verification email from MineLife indicating that MineLife has accepted your subscription order. You will then be sent a confirmation order email with an invoice / tax invoice included. Once payment has been received your account will be activated and your login and password details will be emailed to you. You will then be able to access the premium content.

Prices published on the www.minelife.com.au website for MineLife goods and services are quoted in AUD and are inclusive of GST and/or all other duties and taxes. Any applicable transport and handling charges will be added at the time of transaction. MineLife has used reasonable endeavours to ensure that the price for subscription to MineLife’s report is published accurately on the website, but this price is subject to change and MineLife reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice at any time. Prices charged and payable will be those quoted at the time you complete your subscription application.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is supremely important to us and we understand that our service may not suit everyone’s needs. Accordingly, all new subscribers to MineLife are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee (please note that this does not apply to existing or past Members).
