Privacy Policy

At Mine Life Pty Ltd (‘MineLife’), we are committed to respecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how MineLife handles and protects your personally identifiable information in accordance with commonly accepted privacy principles. ‘Personally identifiable information’ includes information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as name, address, phone number or email address. This policy was last updated on 1 December 2010.

MineLife only records personally identifiable information and other information that MineLife reasonably requires to do business with you. MineLife therefore only collects your personally identifiable information when you subscribe to the MineLife Report, or if you have submitted an enquiry or suggestion, or requested assistance with the subscription process through this website.

Upon registration of your details, you agree to MineLife contacting you or sending you information on issues, events, products or services related to the MineLife Report or this website.

MineLife will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any third parties except:

  • to third parties appointed by MineLife who assist MineLife in its business operations, including website maintenance and operations, mailing and delivery of purchases and credit card payment authorisation;
  • where required or authorised by law (for example, to law enforcement authorities or to prevent a serious threat to public safety); or
  • otherwise with your consent.

Security and Quality of Personal Financial Information

At MineLife we consider the security of your information to be of paramount importance. We have implemented security measures designed to provide the peace of mind you should expect when purchasing goods over the internet.

In order to properly process subscriptions, MineLife collects email address, full name, mailing address and credit card information. We have taken security measures, consistent with international information practices, to protect your personal information. These measures include technical and procedural steps to protect your data from misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, alteration, or destruction.

Credit card information is transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. MineLife does not store credit card information collected during the subscription process. We automatically delete credit card details upon the completion of an order, and therefore retain credit card details for the shortest possible time. If you are uncomfortable using your credit card online, we also accept payment by money order, cheque and direct deposit.

Please note that while MineLife uses its best endeavors to protect all such information at all times, we cannot be responsible for unauthorized access to the information.

This website may contain links to third party websites. These third party websites will be governed by their own privacy policies and practices. You should be aware that when you access such a third party website, MineLife is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of that website. We suggest that you review the privacy policy of each third party website you visit, especially if you intend disclosing personal information on that website.
